A Bahraini police officer recently participated in the Police Innovation and Leadership Diploma, a specialised programme organised by Dubai Police in collaboration with the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Interior Ministry First Lieutenant Ali Alhasan spent nearly four months with more than 50 officers from all over the world as part of the programme that is aimed at strengthening international police co-operation.
First Lt Alhasan expressed his pride in being able to participate in the course, describing it as an enriching experience that enhanced both his professional expertise and personal development.
“The diploma was not just an educational journey, it was a fully integrated experience that had a lasting impact on me professionally and personally,” he said.
“It was incredibly inspiring to watch elite tactical teams compete at the highest levels of professionalism and discipline.
“The organisation of the event was flawless and reflected Dubai Police’s capacity to promote international collaboration and align security efforts through a platform that truly exceeds expectations.”
