Senior foreign, defence and security policymakers are expected to attend a high-level summit that will be held in Bahrain later this year. The 21st International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) Manama Dialogue 2025 will take place from October 31 to November 2, at a venue to be announced later.
Held annually since 2004, the forum is a central element of the Middle East’s security architecture. It enables national leaders, ministers and policymakers from the Middle East, North America, Europe, Africa and Asia to gather to discuss the most pressing regional security issues and to share policy responses.
