Public Security Chief Lieutenant General Tariq Al Hassan participated in the launch of Dubai Police’s cybercrime awareness platform, held on the sidelines of the closing ceremony of the World Police Summit 2025.
Also present was Dubai Police Commander-in-Chief Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri.
Lt Gen Al Hassan noted the platform’s objectives in raising public awareness to prevent cybercrimes, particularly in light of the rise in digital forgery, identity theft, and electronic fraud. He also underlined the importance of educating the public on methods to protect personal data.
