The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) signed a co-operation agreement with Lamar Holding Company to support specialised programmes for productive families and to provide healthcare for the foundation’s beneficiaries, including orphans and widows.
The agreement was signed by RHF secretary-general Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and Lamar Holding chairwoman Dr Lina Nour Al Din.
The agreement includes financial support for the medical treatment of Bahraini orphans and widows supported by the RHF, as well as aid for productive families linked to the RHF. It also provides tools, equipment and training courses to help them improve their skills.
Shaikh Ali commended the role played by Lamar Holding in supporting widows and orphans through its contributions to various RHF projects. He emphasised the RHF’s pride in this co-operation, noting that Lamar Holding exemplifies effective support for sustainable humanitarian work and highlighting the private sector’s role in promoting social development.
Dr Nour Al Din highlighted Lamar Holding’s commitment to supporting initiatives that have a real impact on the lives of RHF beneficiaries and help productive families, promoting solidarity and sustainability in Bahraini society.
