His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and Nasser Centre for Science and Technology board of trustees chairman Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa highlighted that the launch of the centre’s new institutional identity marks a strategic shift in consolidating its position as a leading regional institution in quality education and training, in line with the latest global trends in scientific and technological domains.
Shaikh Nasser explained that the new identity reflects the national vision inspired by the directives of His Majesty and the aspirations of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He said the centre continues to serve as a key contributor to national development by investing in Bahraini youth and equipping them with the tools needed to lead modern industrial progress, both locally and internationally.
Shaikh Nasser expressed pride in the qualitative development achieved by the centre, which has gone beyond traditional school education to attain an advanced position in supporting national efforts.
He noted that this has been achieved through the centre’s contributions to developing Bahraini talent, enhancing professional readiness, and co-operating with institutions to adopt the latest artificial intelligence solutions and advanced technologies.
He highlighted that these efforts reflect a clear and ambitious vision to establish a scientific and technological framework aligned with future demands.
