As reported in the GDN, at Brasero Atlántico, chefs emphasise the use of authentic Argentinian food, prepared ‘a las brasas’, a traditional method of cooking over a wood fire. This cooking style is inspired by the immigrants who settled in the Rio de la Plata region through the Atlantic ocean.
