The Supreme Council for Environment has announced a training exercise to simulate an oil spill incident at the Asry port.
The drill will be conducted on May 29, between 7am and 2pm.
This drill is being held in cooperation with ASRY, Bahrain Steel, and SULB, as part of national efforts to enhance preparedness and response to environmental emergencies.
This is a training exercise only and poses no risk to the environment or individuals.
