His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the Indian Law and Justice Minister and Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal, at Gudaibiya Palace.
His Royal Highness highlighted the strength of the longstanding relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and India, underpinned by historical ties and strategic partnership.
HRH Prince Slaman bin Hamad reaffirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries to achieve shared aspirations.
His Royal Highness highlighted the ongoing cooperation between the two nations, underscoring the importance of strengthening collaboration across various industries, particularly in the legal, investment, and commercial arbitration fields. HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad also emphasised the value of exchanging expertise to realise shared aspirations.
The meeting also reviewed the latest regional and international developments, explored avenues to further enhance bilateral relations across various sectors, as well as discussing other areas of mutual interest.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the Indian community’s role in supporting the Kingdom’s comprehensive development.
For his part, Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal expressed his gratitude for His Royal Highness’s commitment to enhancing Bahrain-India relations and multisectoral collaboration. Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal concluded by wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain continued progress and prosperity.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and several senior officials, also attended the meeting.
