Bahrain’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Shaikh Ali bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa yesterday took part in the annual reception hosted – on behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for diplomats, guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques as well as government agencies, heads of delegations, and Haj Affairs Offices who performed this year’s pilgrimage.
Shaikh Ali praised the efforts made by King Salman, the government and people, to serve pilgrims and facilitate their pilgrimage. He noted that these efforts are appreciated by all Islamic countries and peoples.
He said King Salman and Prince Mohammed are keen to ensure that all pilgrims feel safe and secure as they perform their rituals in a reassuring environment.
He also praised the efforts of Bahrain’s Supreme Committee for Haj and Umrah Affairs, Haj Mission, campaigns, and the pilgrims for their co-operation with the relevant authorities, outstanding awareness, and full adherence to instructions.
