Solidarity Group Holding, one of the largest takaful groups, has announced the appointment of Amer Mohamed Janahi as chief corporate support officer.
This strategic appointment is in line with the group’s vision to strengthen its leadership capabilities and support long-term organisational development.
Mr Janahi brings with him more than two decades of experience in corporate operations, human resources, administration and governance, having served most recently as chief operating officer and board secretary at Naseej.
He holds a master of science in human resource management from DePaul University in Chicago, and a bachelor of arts in business information management from Portobello College, Ireland.
His solid academic foundation is further enriched by his extensive professional experience across leadership roles in corporate operations, governance, and organisational development.
