Firemen extinguished a blaze in a car repair garage and prevented it from spreading to a nearby warehouse storing spare parts and tyres in Hamala yesterday.
Sixteen fire tenders and 54 firemen battled the fire, the Civil Defence said.
There were no casualties. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the blaze.
