Northern Municipal Council deputy chairperson Zaina Jassim has submitted a proposal to develop a unified mobile application that would connect all government services and departments.
She explained that improved co-ordination through the app would accelerate service delivery, reduce delays, and minimise paper-based correspondence.
“Linking departments digitally will allow instant access to data and information, enabling faster processing, better information exchange, and greater efficiency and transparency in government operations,” she said.
She added that the system would support timely and informed decision-making across government entities.
