HIS Majesty King Hamad has expressed appreciation to the people of Bahrain for their strong sense of responsibility and exemplary national unity in facing recent exceptional circumstances.
He also commended the high level of preparedness and operational excellence demonstrated by both military and civil institutions.
The King thanked all those who contributed with dedication and professionalism during those challenging times, noting that the experience offered valuable lessons for the future.
His Majesty expressed appreciation for the security and stability in the kingdom when he received senior Royal Family members, Parliament Speaker Ahmed Al Musallam, top officials, citizens and Bahraini achievers who represented the kingdom in international military sports competitions, at Sakhir Palace.
The King congratulated them on the new Hijri year.
The commendable position by the people reflects their enduring ability to stand together in defence of the kingdom’s developmental achievements and cohesive social fabric, he said.
His Majesty also reiterated Bahrain’s hopes for deeper regional co-operation to advance common goals of stability and prosperity.
He emphasised that, regardless of the scale of any challenge, steadfast national resolve remains the kingdom’s strongest safeguard in overcoming crises.
