Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) has officially joined the Loyalty Rewards Programme of Hope Talents, the talent management arm of Hope Fund, to retain high-potential talent and boost employee recognition, motivation and long-term engagement among its workforce.
A signing ceremony was recently held between Alba’s chief executive Ali Al Baqali and Hope Talents’ general manager Latifa Mohammed at Alba premises.
Designed to cultivate a culture of recognition and belonging, the Loyalty Rewards Programme includes monthly cash prize draws across various categories – the Monthly Loyalty Reward, the National Reward and the Youth Loyalty Reward – aimed at honouring employee commitment and supporting a positive and engaging work environment.
“Alba is pleased to join the Loyalty Rewards Programme, a national initiative that reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a high-morale workplace,” Mr Al Baqali said.

“This programme is not just about rewards, it’s rather about building a culture where every employee feels valued, motivated and empowered to reach new heights, driving both individual success and collective national growth.”
Ms Mohammed added: “We are proud to welcome Alba – a cornerstone of the kingdom’s industrial landscape – to the Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme. For many Bahrainis, particularly youth, Alba has long served as a defining chapter in their professional journeys, offering opportunities for growth and meaningful contribution.
“This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to honouring loyalty and celebrating individuals who have shaped the success of their institutions,” Ms Mohammed said.
“With a Bahrainisation rate of 87 per cent, Alba is committed to the growth and development of its workforce by investing in employee wellbeing and retention through strategic partnerships with leading national and international organisations,” an Alba spokesperson said in a statement.
