The Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry will begin using the database of the commercial registration portal ‘Sijilat’ for judicial announcements related to companies and institutions, starting from August 17.
Its director of the Information Technology Directorate, Wafa Ibrahim Al Hajri, said yesterday that the move is being implemented in co-ordination with the Industry and Commerce Ministry as part of broader digital transformation efforts aimed at streamlining the publication of court announcements by utilising the portal’s database.
The official urged all concerned parties to regularly update their registered information on the portal to ensure that judicial announcements are delivered accurately and promptly to verified, up-to-date addresses.
