Sustaining excellence across government workstreams necessitates greater integration among various entities and the development of strong partnerships with the community, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has said.
Both of these contribute to delivering services that meet citizens’ aspirations and advance the kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad, HRH Prince Salman said when he met Interior Minister’s adviser for community affairs Ali Al Asfoor, Capital Governor Shaikh Khalid bin Humood Al Khalifa and Northern Governor Hassan Al Madani at Riffa Palace yesterday.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister extended his congratulations on the royal trust bestowed upon them by His Majesty through their appointments, wishing them success in carrying out their duties.
He commended the efforts of Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa in overseeing the work of the governorates and ensuring the continued enhancement of their services and security.
HRH Prince Salman affirmed that the work of the governorates serves as a cornerstone in strengthening the efficiency of government services, through active community engagement, on-the-ground monitoring of citizens’ needs, and ongoing co-ordination with relevant authorities to deliver sustainable solutions.
He highlighted the vital role of the governorates in maintaining strong communication with citizens and residents, as well as their efforts in promoting security awareness through modern technology and related initiatives to enhance community safety.
Mr Al Asfoor, Shaikh Khalid and Mr Al Madani expressed their honour and pride in the royal trust granted to them by His Majesty.
They affirmed their commitment to developing government services and enhancing community communication across the two governorates, in accordance with HRH Prince Salman’s directives.
The Interior Minister also attended the meeting.
