His Majesty King Hamad yesterday issued a decree appointing an under-secretary and two assistant under-secretaries at the Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry, based on the proposal of the minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
Hussain Al Shuail, assistant under-secretary for Air Navigation and Meteorological Services, has been appointed under-secretary for Civil Aviation Affairs.
Yassin Ali Ibrahim, director of the Air Navigation Systems Directorate, has been appointed assistant under-secretary for Air Navigation and Meteorological Services, succeeding Mr Al Shuail.
Mayas Al Agha, director of the Ship Registry and Seamen Affairs Directorate, takes over as assistant under-secretary for Ports Affairs, succeeding Salman Shakeeb.
The Transportation and Telecommunications Minister shall implement the decree, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
