More than 13,000 notarisation transactions have been completed on the Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry’s newly-launched electronic platform, the ministry announced last night.
Thousands of requests have been processed since the platform was launched in March this year, ministry Notary and Enforcement Directorate notarisation department head Suha Al Aradi told the GDN.
“The platform enables citizens and residents to access notarisation services through the enhanced eKey 2.0, which uses biometric authentication and a secure, passwordless login, offering an advanced level of identity protection,” she stated.
Transactions can be completed remotely on notary.moj.gov.bh, for users who are registered with the Government Notifications Service (Isharat), available through the national portal bahrain.bh.
