BOXING – BAHRAIN’S boxing national team member Jayden Price powered through to the final of the boys’ intermediate 46kg division at the 2025 USA Boxing National Open, currently being held in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Jayden secured his spot in the gold medal bout with a victory by points 5-0 against American opponent Christian Rollins. All five judges scored the match in Jayden’s favour at 30-26, 30-24, 30-26, 30-27, 30-26.
Jayden will next take on Silas Rollins, also from the US, for their weight-class title.
Silas advanced to the final with a 4-1 win on points against compatriot Ahlon Lewis, with the judges’ scores being 28-29, 29-28, 29-28, 30-27, 29-28.
The 2025 USA Boxing National Open features wide participation from fighters coming from all over the world, competing for top honours in various weight classes.
Jayden is competing in the event with the support of the Bahrain Boxing Federation, under the umbrella of the Bahrain Combat Sports Council.
