The KCA-BFC Talent Scan 2025 registrations are progressing at an exciting pace, organisers say.
The annual cultural and literary competition is being organised by the Kerala Catholic Association (KCA), in collaboration with Bahrain Financing Company (BFC).
“It is heartening to witness the enthusiastic response from children across the community in Bahrain, many of whom have already stepped forward to register for this much-anticipated event, said Simi Leo, the event’s chairperson.
“Their eagerness reflects the vibrant spirit and immense talent that the event aims to nurture and celebrate.”
The Indian Talent Scan is designed to showcase the creativity, intellect and artistic flair of Indian expatriate children residing in Bahrain.
This year’s event promises to be bigger and more dynamic than ever as it celebrates its 25th anniversary.
The event runs from October 17 to the first week of December featuring:
l More than 180 individual contests
l Spread across five age categories
l Covering a wide spectrum of literary, performing and visual arts
From storytelling and public speaking to painting, dance, music and more, Talent Scan provides a comprehensive platform for children to express themselves, explore new interests and shine in their areas of passion.
“This initiative is not just about competition – it is about fostering confidence, encouraging cultural expression and building a strong sense of community among Indian families in Bahrain,” added Mrs Leo.
“The overwhelming excitement from parents and children alike is a testament to the value and impact of this platform.”
n Registration is open until Tuesday and can be completed in-person at the KCA Office or online via the official website: www.kcabahrain.com.
