His Majesty King Hamad sent a cable of condolences to Qatari Amir Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani over the passing of diplomats from the Qatari delegation in a tragic accident in Sharm El Shaikh, Egypt.
His Majesty expressed sincere condolences to the Amir, the families of the deceased, and the people of Qatar, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, also sent a similar cable of condolences to Shaikh Tamim.
He sent two similar cables to Deputy Amir of Qatar Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani and Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.
Bahrain extended condolences and sympathy to Qatar following the tragic accident.
The Foreign Ministry in a statement expressed the kingdom’s condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Qatar, as well as to the families and relatives of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to all those injured.
