The stage is set for the inaugural ceremony of an annual competition of art, culture and literature for Indian children residing in Bahrain.
The Kerala Catholic Association (KCA), in collaboration with BFC (Bahrain Financing Company), is organising the 25th edition of the Indian Talent Scan 2025, that starts this weekend and will run until the first week of December.
The opening ceremony will be held on Saturday at 7pm at the KCA Hall in Segaiya.
The event will be officially opened by Social Development Minister’s office director Mishal Ahmed who will be joined by school principals, community leaders, senior officials and dignitaries from KCA, and well-wishers.
The opening day celebrations will feature a vibrant fashion show competition, with four different groups, setting the tone for the festival of talent that will unfold in the weeks ahead.
The festival will include 180 individual events spread across five distinct age categories.
More than 1,000 contestants are expected to take part in the talent competition.
All participants will receive certificates.
