As part of its oversight of educational institutions, and following field inspection reports conducted by specialised teams, the Education Ministry has referred four private education establishments to the Public Prosecution for operating and admitting children without the required licences.
The ministry reaffirmed that it will take firm action against any institution offering educational or related activities without meeting licensing requirements and adhering to laws and regulations.
