A choral performance of classic Bahraini and Khaleeji songs brought the 34th Bahrain International Music Festival to a close last night.
The Choral Night was performed by the Bahrain Music Band, which was led by maestro Zeyad Zaiman, with the voice of 24 Bahraini choral singers.
The evening started off on a high note with Khalid Al Shaikh’s ‘Safer’ (Travel), and concluded with a heartfelt patriotic song – ‘Watani’ (My Nation) by Ahmed Al Jumairi.
‘Al Bareha’ (Last Night) by the Brothers Band was the audience’s favourite.
The concert was held at the Bahrain National Theatre.
