A 25-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a 19-year-old man on Malkiya Beach, the Interior Ministry said.
Initial investigations indicated that the incident was the result of a personal dispute between the two men.
The Northern Governorate Police Directorate confirmed that the necessary legal procedures have been taken, and the case has been referred to the Public Prosecution.
