The historic relationship between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia represent a distinguished model of co-operation and co-ordination that continues to benefit both nations and their peoples, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirmed.
He made the statement yesterday while he met Saudi Minister of State and Cabinet member Prince Turki bin Mohammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, at Gudaibiya Palace.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the depth of relations between the kingdoms, which under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, continue to be strengthened.
He commended the role and efforts of Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in advancing bilateral relations aligned shared aspirations.
He also expressed his appreciation to the Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister for his pivotal role in deepening the historic ties between the kingdoms, underscoring that such efforts continue to yield benefits for both nations and their peoples.
Prince Turki conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Saudi Crown Prince to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, extending their wishes for continued progress and prosperity to Bahrain and its people.
Similarly, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister conveyed his greetings to King Salman and Prince Mohammed bin Salman, wishing Saudi and its people continued progress and prosperity.
During the meeting, both parties discussed the latest regional and international developments, as well as issues of common interest.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended Saudi’s steadfast role in supporting GCC efforts and enhancing regional security, stability and prosperity. He also expressed appreciation for the efforts of Prince Turki in reinforcing the strong ties between the two kingdoms.
For his part, Prince Turki expressed his gratitude for HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s commitment to strengthening relations between the two kingdoms and wished Bahrain and its people continued growth and prosperity.
Prime Minister’s Court Minister Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and several senior officials also attended the meeting.
