His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with Sofyan Khalid Almoayed the Chairman Emeritus of the Young Presidents' Organisation (YPO), at Riffa Palace.
His Royal Highness was presented with a commemorative publication from YPO celebrating its 74th anniversary, highlighting the organisation’s seven decade legacy of empowering young global leaders. The publication highlights YPO’s ongoing efforts to create an international collaborative platform for knowledge exchange and to foster global cooperation to strengthen development efforts worldwide.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain continues to adopt initiatives that support Bahraini youth, empowering them to realise their aspirations and contribute effectively to the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad.
His Royal Highness stressed the dedication, creativity, and determination of Bahraini youth, noting their continued success in driving the Kingdom’s progress and contributing to global development.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended YPO’s vital role in strengthening global youth engagement, promoting the exchange of expertise and ideas, and enhancing cooperation among young leaders from around the world, wishing the organisation continued success in achieving its objectives.
For his part, Sofyan Almoayed expressed his appreciation to His Royal Highness for his steadfast support of Bahraini youth and his commitment to fostering quality opportunities that enable them to contribute to the Kingdom’s ongoing development.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, also attended the meeting.
