Eskan Bank has launched new digital features on its Bayti platform to facilitate access to social housing finance and streamline application procedures.
The move aligns with Bahrain’s Government Action Plan 2023-2026, supporting the full digitalisation of public services in the housing sector.
Eskan Bank general manager Abdulla Talib highlighted three key innovations.
The first, a digital tracking feature, allows users to follow their applications from submission to allocation, providing real-time updates at every stage.
The second enables citizens to reserve housing units online and receive financing offers from multiple banks, compare options, and choose the most suitable solution.
The third, a digital property valuation service, is a regional first, allowing applicants to request valuations, pay fees, and receive reports entirely online via accredited offices.
