US National Intelligence director Tulsi Gabbard and National Security Adviser and Royal Guard Commander Lieutenant General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa will deliver keynote addresses tonight at a high-level security summit in Manama.
They will be speaking at the opening dinner of the 21st edition of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) Regional Security Summit: The Manama Dialogue 2025.
The session is titled: The Imperative of Security Co-operation, according to the agenda posted by the organisers.
The three-day summit that continues until Sunday is being held at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain.
The theme of this year’s event is ‘Regional Power and Statecraft Amidst Global Change.’
