An exclusive meet-and-greet for Mazda owners was organised by the International Motor Trading Agency (IMTA) at its Tubli showroom, as part of a broader Customer Loyalty Programme.
Guests were given a guided tour of the facility, including the showroom, service reception, and the newly-expanded workshop, body and paint shop and spare-parts warehouse.
The event also featured a presentation about Mazda’s century-long legacy of innovation and the brand’s core philosophy of ‘Enriching Life in Motion’.
IMTA’s management emphasised the company’s enduring partnership with Mazda spanning over 57 years and reaffirmed its focus on delivering superior ownership experiences built on trust, transparency and personalised service.
IMTA gathered valuable feedback on enhancing customer convenience during an interactive session, in recognition of the company’s belief that “its customers are the brand’s strongest ambassadors”.
The session ended with the attendees expressing their enthusiasm for future Mazda innovations and reaffirming their satisfaction with IMTA’s premium service standards.
Established in 1969, IMTA has been a subsidiary of the Khalil Ebrahim Kanoo Group since 1928 and the authorised distributor for Mazda, BAIC and JAC Motors in Bahrain.
“Our focus is on building long-term customer loyalty,” said IMTA director Angad Singh.
“By giving our customers guided tours of both existing and upcoming facilities, we aim to offer them a first-hand experience of our commitment to quality service.
“This initiative marks the beginning of a series of similar engagement events where our customers remain at the centre of everything we do,” he added.
Loyalty giveaways and certificates of appreciation were distributed among the attendees.
