Northstar Telecom Solutions, the regional distributor for IO by HFCL, hosted a focused technology update session in Bahrain, bringing HFCL’s senior leadership together with a select group of customers and partners.
The session provided a detailed overview of HFCL’s expanding wireless and networking portfolio, with a strong emphasis on Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 access points, switching platforms, outdoor UBR (Unlicensed Band Radio) solutions, and developments in home mesh. Attendees received direct technical insight from HFCL’s leadership team and had the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions around deployment scenarios across various sectors.
The update follows the successful launch of IO by HFCL in Saudi Arabia on Monday, delivered in partnership with EICT and attended by major telecom operators and systems integrators across the kingdom. With this milestone completed, momentum continues to build across the region.
“We are pleased to welcome HFCL’s leadership back to Bahrain for a close, interactive update session,” said Tony Chacko, operations director of Northstar Telecom Solutions. “Bringing together a select group of customers and partners creates the ideal setting for meaningful technical dialogue and forward planning. The interest we are seeing across the GCC is extremely encouraging.”
HFCL representatives reiterated the company’s commitment to delivering high-performance, secure, and energy-efficient networking solutions designed and manufactured in India. The session highlighted the suitability of HFCL’s solutions across hospitality, education, healthcare, public venues, and large outdoor environments.
“HFCL continues to prioritise innovation and regional collaboration,” said Bhuvnesh Sachdeva, vice president for international business at HFCL. “We value our partnership with Northstar Telecom Solutions and are excited by the strong momentum and interest across the GCC.”
Building on recent progress in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, Northstar Telecom Solutions confirmed that similar HFCL technology sessions are being planned for the UAE and Oman in the new year, strengthening engagement with partners, enterprises, and industry stakeholders in both markets.
