The Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry’s political associations affairs office yesterday said that a recent statement by several political associations included selective information on public finance reform initiatives, giving a misleading impression of these initiatives and their goals.
The ministry added that these initiatives are being discussed within the framework of co-operation between the executive and legislative authorities.
It emphasised the importance of handling public affairs responsibly and prioritising citizens’ interests at all stages of planning and implementation.
