Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa yesterday met Bahrain Chamber chairman Sameer Nass, and members of the chamber’s board of directors.
Shaikh Salman emphasised the importance of advancing economic development in line with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He highlighted the need to continue strengthening strategic partnerships with the private sector to support efforts to further diversify the economy through the implementation of additional plans and initiatives that advance development across all sectors.
The minister briefed them on the decisions approved by the Cabinet in its session held yesterday, under the chairmanship of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Shaikh Salman commended the efforts of the chamber and the private sector in continuing to achieve prosperity and growth for the kingdom and all its people.
Shaikh Salman separately met Bahrain Property Development Association vice-chairman Abdulghaffar Al Kooheji, and several association members to discuss the Cabinet’s decisions from its session.
