National Security Adviser and Royal Guard Commander Lieutenant General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa attended the Royal Guard Commander’s Parade as part of ongoing monitoring of readiness and discipline levels.
The parade was held at the Square of the Fallen Serviceman Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Rashid Al Noaimi at Al Rawdha Camp, where the Royal Guard Commander’s Parade is held twice a year as part of comprehensive follow-up plans.
The parade was attended by Commander of the Royal Guard Special Operations Colonel Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy Royal Guard Commander Major General Hamad Khalifa Al Noaimi as well as senior officers, non-commissioned officers and Royal Guard members.
During the inspection, Lt Gen Shaikh Nasser reviewed the level of readiness and discipline. This was followed by the military parade, which reflected the high level of competence of Royal Guard members.
Lt Gen Shaikh Nasser said that the continuous development witnessed by the Royal Guard of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) is due to the support of His Majesty King Hamad, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
He also commended the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, and the guidance of BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
