His Majesty King Hamad issued a Decree appointing Deputy Chief Executive Officers at the Social Insurance Organisation (SIO), based on a proposal by the Finance and National Economy Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
The decree stipulates that:
1. Abdulrahman Abdulla Jassim Al Thawadi, Director of the Economic Policies Directorate at the Finance and National Economy Ministry, shall be appointed Deputy CEO for Insurance Affairs at the SIO.
2. Mohamed Abdulhakeem Ahmed Abdulmalek, Director of the Central Procurement Directorate at the ministry, shall be appointed Deputy CEO for Operations at the SIO.
3. Seema Ahmed Mohammed Al Mahmood, Director of the Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering Directorate at the Information and eGovernment Authority, shall be appointed Deputy CEO for Pensioners’ Affairs at the SIO.
The Finance and National Economy Minister and the concerned authorities, each in their capacities, shall implement this decree. The decree shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
• His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued an Edict appointing directors at the SIO, based on a proposal submitted by the Finance and National Economy Minister.
The following shall be appointed as directors at the SIO.
1. Maha Sadiq Abdulkarim Al Shehabi as Director of the Actuarial Studies and Risk Management Directorate.
2. Nawal Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Awaid as Director of the Legal Affairs and Inspection Directorate.
3. Faisal Abdulla Saad Al Huwaihi as Director of the Communication and Awareness Directorate.
4. Mohammed Abdulla Ahmed Al Janahi as Director of the Registration and Contributions Directorate.
5. Fatima Hassan Ahmed Jassim as Director of the Retirees’ Services Directorate.
The Finance and National Economy Minister shall implement the provisions of this edict, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
