THE Industry and Commerce Ministry concluded the mentoring sessions of the Digital Business Champions Overseas Programme, which was launched by the Ministry in co-operation with Export Bahrain and the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).
The sessions were attended by a number of representatives from companies, commercial institutions, and factories, with the participation of a group of mentoring and leading companies in this field.
The ministry praised the fruitful co-operation with Export Bahrain and BIBF and the role of mentoring companies in transferring their expertise, contributing to the success of the third edition of the programme. It noted that a qualified company, institution, or factory would be selected based on its digital transformation and digital export strategy and awarded the title Digital Business Champions Overseas.
The sessions highlighted the importance of digital transformation, e-commerce best practices, digital marketing strategies, data analysis, intellectual property protection, logistics, delivery services, and the use of artificial intelligence to support digital trade and enable exports beyond Bahrain.
