His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, emphasised the strength of the long-standing Bahrain-US strategic partnership, which is underpinned by multisectoral collaboration and agreements, including the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (CSIPA).
HRH Prince Salman welcomed the mutual commitment between both countries to further bolstering the partnership across various sectors and aligned with mutual interests when he met US Under-Secretary of State for Political Affairs Allison Hooker at Gudaibiya Palace yesterday.
He underscored the vital role of the United States, alongside allied countries, in safeguarding regional and international stability and in supporting sustainable development.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also outlined the kingdom’s aspirations for the Board of Peace to achieve its objectives in enhancing security and stability for all.
In addition, opportunities to enhance collaboration, issues of common interest and the latest regional and international developments were reviewed.
Prime Minister’s Court Minister Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa also attended the meeting.
