The Health Ministry has recalled a Danone infant milk product from local markets as a precautionary measure to protect children’s health.
In a statement on its Instagram account, the ministry said the recall covers Aptamil Advance POF 1 EA 4x440g, batch number 08.11.2026, manufactured on May 9, 2025 and expiring on November 8, 2026. The action was taken in line with food safety regulations and included co-ordination with suppliers and distributors.
Consumers were urged to check batch numbers and stop using the product if it matches the recalled batch. The ministry said it continues to monitor food safety to protect public health in Bahrain.
