His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday received newly-appointed Qatari Ambassador Nasser Abdullah Al Nassr at Riffa Palace.
HRH Prince Salman highlighted the strength of Bahrain-Qatar historic relations, supported by His Majesty King Hamad and the Amir of Qatar, Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
He emphasised the kingdom’s commitment to advancing relations to mutually benefit the citizens of both countries.
Mr Al Nassr expressed his appreciation for HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s commitment to advancing Bahrain-Qatar ties and conveyed his best wishes for the kingdom’s continued progress.
Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa also attended the meeting.
