His Majesty King Hamad ratified and issued Law (6) of 2026 approving the Host Country Agreement between Bahrain and the Permanent Court of Arbitration, following its approval by the Shura Council and Parliament.
The Host Country Agreement was signed in the kingdom on June 17, 2025.
The Prime Minister and the ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law, which shall come into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
His Majesty also ratified and issued Law (5) of 2026 amending Clause (13) of Article (3) of Law (5) of 2021 on the regulation and monitoring of international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora, following its approval by the Shura Council and Parliament.
The Prime Minister and the ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law, which shall come into effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
