His Majesty King Hamad yesterday sent a cable of congratulations to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Saudi Founding Day.
His Majesty sent a similar cable to Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, also sent a cable of congratulations to King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed on the occasion.
Parliament Speaker Ahmed Al Musallam and Shura Council Chairman Ali Saleh Al Saleh sent similar cables congratulating Saudi Shura Council Speaker Shaikh Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Shaikh and Saudi Ambassador Naif bin Bandar Al Sudairi.
The Saudi Cabinet described the kingdom’s Founding Day celebration today as an expression of pride in the state’s historical depth spanning over nearly three centuries, the Saudi Gazette reported.
