Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani received phone calls from several foreign ministers who expressed their solidarity with Bahrain and condemned the Iranian missile attacks on the kingdom. They also conveyed their wishes for Bahrain’s continued security, stability and peace.
Dr Al Zayani received calls from Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Azerbaijan Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov, Bangladesh Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalilur Rahman, German Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Johann Wadephul, Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs Anita Anand, Netherlands Minister of Foreign Affairs Tom Berendsen, and Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Tanja Fajon.
The Foreign Minister expressed his appreciation to the ministers for their condemnation of the Iranian missile attacks on Bahrain.
He valued their expressions of solidarity and their support for the measures taken by the kingdom to safeguard its security and stability, wishing their countries security, stability and peace.
