Kuwait: An Asian man was caught red-handed trying to sell drugs in Al-Farwaniya district. A police patrol arrested him and confiscated 11 packets of heroin from his possession. He has been referred to the Anti-Narcotics and Liquor Directorate for investigation, reported local Arabic daily Al-Qabas. |
