Bahrain: More than 300 expat workers benefited from a free medical camp conducted by the Indian Community Relief Fund (ICRF).
The camp held at Modern Mechanical, Electrical and Transport Company, Ma’ameer, was conducted by six senior medical consultants and paramedics from various hospitals in Bahrain.
Indian Embassy First Secretary Meera Sisodia and ICRF chairman Bhagawan Asarpota were present with ICRF volunteers and company officials.
To date ICRF has conducted 119 free medical check-up camps at various labour sites in Bahrain, which benefited more than 44,800 workers, according to officials.
It also provides financial assistance to critically ill people, for their travel to India for further
treatment.
