Bahrain Bar Society has called on the Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry to reconsider Edict 28 of 2013, determining the language that can be used before the courts and the Bahrain Chamber for Non-Arab Dispute Settlement. Under the edict, English has been adopted officially as the language of litigation in some court cases, said a report in our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej .
