BAHRAIN TV (BTV) has announced the launch of a new programme to be presented by deaf and dumb people.
The Bahrain Crafts and Industries, which was proposed by Tariq Al Kooheji, featured among the innovative ideas for creative visual content (Think Outside the Box) .
