THE Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) that aims to improve national academic and vocational qualifications, as well as provide students with more quality educational opportunities.It was signed during a meeting Cabinet Affairs Minister and BQA board of directors chairman Hamad Al Malki had with a delegation from SCQF .
