AN appeals court has upheld a verdict finding a Bapco engineer guilty of leaking work secrets, misusing his position for personal gain and laundering nearly half-a-million dinars.In June, the High Criminal Court sentenced the Bahraini to four years in jail and fined him BD100,000 for using insider information to award tenders to his contracting company .
