Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) honoured 165 employees for their dedication and service during a ceremony held at the Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention and Spa.
The ceremony, attended by the bank’s executive management, the president of the Bahrain Bankers Trade Union, and local journalists, celebrated employees who have been with the bank for periods ranging from five to 40 years.
Group chief executive Dr AbdulRahman Saif extended his congratulations to the employees, commending their loyalty and commitment to BBK’s core values.
“The dedication of our staff to hard work, quality, and innovation has been instrumental in the bank’s success,” Dr Saif said. “Their unwavering focus on customer trust and satisfaction has been a cornerstone of our approach, reflected in our positive outcomes and achievements.”
Hassaan Burshaid, group chief human resources and administration officer, underscored the importance of BBK’s employees.
“We believe our distinction as a leading financial institution stems directly from the achievements of our staff and their commitment to collaborative efforts,” Mr Burshaid said. “Their contributions will continue to drive a brighter and more prosperous future for the bank.”
