MANAMA: The 25th edition of Jewellery Arabia was opened this morning by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa. A total of 600 exhibitors from 30 countries have gathered for the premier jewellery and watch show at Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.
The five-day event will showcase a huge range of finished jewellery, luxury timepieces, precious stones, objects d’art, clocks, fine writing instruments and more from around the globe on sale.
World famous watch and jewellery houses are also making a return appearance at Jewellery Arabia 2016, including major brand names, who will use the event as a platform to introduce exclusive collections and limited edition pieces to the Middle East collectors’ market.
On the sidelines of the show, the world’s foremost authority on gemology, the Gemmological Institute of America (GIA), will be offering complimentary seminars on topics including diamonds, coloured stones, pearls, how to read GIA grading reports and important tips when purchasing jewellery.
